Chill Don't Kill is dedicated to eliminating violent crimes in developing communities. We do that by targeting disadvantaged youth living in poverty-stricken areas with the life skills training needed to overcome the unique challenges they face. Through our building trades training program, we provide mentorship, marketable skills, and opportunities to make an honest living. Our goal is to disrupt destructive behavior patterns, that lead to desperate attempts to make money, with a path to self-improvement. 

In addition to our work with the youth, we believe it is vital to the success of our mission to foster a healthy environment for successful families to thrive in. Therefore, we also work with block clubs and help to organize collective efforts to improve the neighborhood. We coordinate our anti-violence rallies, food distribution, back to school supplies and turkey day giveaway with other organizations in the area to enhance existing community services.
